GrowCalmKids sells printable digital files for home and classroom use. Products are delivered electronically through the order confirmation and download link. No physical items are shipped.
Refunds for digital downloads
Because a digital file cannot be returned after download access is provided, ordinary returns are not available after delivery, except where a different remedy is required by applicable law.
If a file is inaccessible, incomplete or materially corrupted, contact contact@growcalmkids.com as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide corrected access, a replacement file or another suitable remedy.
If you were charged more than once for the same order or cannot access a purchase after checking the delivery email and download page, contact us so we can review the order.
No physical returns or exchanges
There is no physical shipping, packaging, exchange or mailed return process for GrowCalmKids digital products. Please do not mail files or other materials to the business address.
